Define the requirement precisely
The single largest cause of failed scrap transactions is an imprecise requirement. A requirement described only as 'copper scrap, good quality' cannot be matched reliably. A requirement described as a named grade, with acceptable contamination and attachments, an agreed packing method and a defined destination port, can be reviewed properly.

- There is no fixed published minimum. Practicality usually depends on container economics, the material category and the destination. Trial shipments are commonly discussed before recurring supply.
- Can AceComex guarantee supply?
- No. Availability depends on market conditions and on the suppliers involved. AceComex does not guarantee supply, quality or shipment. Each transaction is subject to written agreement between the relevant parties.
- Can I request third-party inspection?
- Yes, inspection expectations can be discussed as part of the requirement. Inspection arrangements, scope and cost responsibility are agreed between the parties in writing.
