How information is used
Information is used to review submissions, respond to enquiries, coordinate commercial discussions and maintain records of correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use submitted commercial details for purposes unrelated to the enquiry.
Where a submission is shared with a potential counterparty during commercial review, only the information necessary for that review is shared.
Storage and retention
Submissions and uploaded files are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded files are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible. Information is retained for as long as required for commercial, accounting and record-keeping purposes.
